My antivirus program is telling me that Mozilla is giving me a trojan every time I open Firefox for the first time. What to do?

Recently, every time I open Firefox for the first time after starting my computer, I get a message from my anti-virus program, Bitdefender, that Mozilla is trying to infect my computer with a Trojan (see file below). Each time I delete it. This has never happened before, and I have not had any trouble with Bitdefender before either. Is there a way to stop this Trojan from recurring?

Thank you?

Did you get your Firefox from Mozilla?

You may have ad/mal-ware. Further information can be found in this article; https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-caused-malware?cache=no

Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.
