I take a lot of newsletter and I'm finding FF more and more unreliable in opening links associated with newsletter services like MailChimp, Click1, or Constant Contact.

This isn't a Firefox-related problem. The provided link won't open in any browser. It's likely a configuration issue on The Hill's side. Their website is simply refusing connections to those links.

The best course of action would be to inform The Hill directly about the issue so that their IT department can address the problem.
