Backgrounds don't seem to scale properly

I made a page on my website, and noticed that the background seems to cut off when scaled in some way. Weather its deleting an element, or resizing firefox, it shows the original background color behind it. Here is the page in question: https://nukley.netlify.com/sitetesting/preliminary

No problem here. It works fine on my version of Firefox.

Try running Firefox in Safe Mode to make sure that there isn't an add-on or something interacting with the page and causing this issue. Clearing your Firefox cache may also be a good idea.

Hope this helps.
