I am migrating from an older Windows 7 computer to a new Windows 10 computer. I have Thunderbird 68.5.0 on both computers. After installing Thunderbird on the new computer I migrated the old account information and data to the new computer following the directions posted online (replaced the Thunderbird folder). However, when I start Thunderbird on the new computer it does not recognize the transferred profile and acts like a fresh install without any account information. What should I be looking at?

Close TB, launch Profile Manager: Windows-key+R, type thunderbird.exe -p

Do you see a list of profiles such as default and default-release? Does your data appear if you select the default profile?
