After using messenger with no problems for years, yesterday I tried to make calls (audio/video) in messenger and keep getting an error message that my "brower" doen't support them now. I have the latest verion of Firefox 78.02. Anyone else experiencing this?

It asks me to use either Firefox (which I obviously have, or chrome).

I switched to chrome and got the same error message when trying to make a call as well.

Thanks for any help.

Hello!

Hmm... Have you checked your site permissions whether there are some permissions that might be turned off. Weird though that it happens on chrome as well.

Also try to launch Firefox in Safe mode and see if you get the same results.
