can't open jpeg files when I download them

Whenever I download a jpeg file and I try to open it it doesn't open but says that can't support that kind of files. But when I find the file on my files folder it open just fine

So that I can try to reproduce this issue here, do you have an example of a website (you are downloading images from) where this happens?
