I can't log in to Thunderbird. There aren't any Saved Passwords in the file. Can I create a new password or retrieve the old one? I am using TB 78.6 and Win 10 84.0.1

You do not "log into" Thunderbird. so perhaps you could expand on your question with that your are doing and what error messages you are getting.

When I open TB I receive an error message asking me to enter my password. I would enter it but I received another error message saying log in failed. I solved the problem by Changing the password in my Web account first then in Dashlane and Firefox Lockwise. Once all those were the same I opened TB and changed the password to match Spectrum password. All is well.
