my bt email goes to "loading" when i move or delete and email
When I check my bt.email through Firefox, if I delete or move an Email, the page goes to "loading". It does not happen with microsoft edge but I prefer to use Firefox. BT tell me that it is a "browser problem"

I use BT myself and am able to access my email fine in Firefox.
If you type about:support into the address bar, what version number of Firefox is installed on your computer?
Hi Paul. Thank you for contacting me. The firefox I use is: 102.0.1. I have just "refreshed" it but do not want to uninstall etc as i would hate to lose my bookmarks!!
