How to disable the "Show Search Terms" (instead of the URL) feature?

On Firefox for Android, follow these steps:
- Click the three dots in the bottom right corner to open up the menu
- Scroll down and click Settings
- Under General, click Search
- Under Address bar, turn off "Show search suggestions" by pressing the toggle.

Sorry, that appears to be unrelated to this problem. Incidentally I already have "Show search suggestions" disabled.
I had the opposite problem on one of my devices. After executing the search, the address bar switched to the URL instead of showing only the search terms. That was a tad annoying for me, as I had to retype the search terms to repeat the search with a different search engine. However, just today this behaviour stopped.
Searching again within the search engine page (typically by pressing a magnifier icon) switches the address bar to the URL. Maybe this is helpful for you?
I have Firefox 121.0 (Build #2015991663), 1955f8455f+ GV: 121.0-20231214155439 AS: 121.0
There's no option in the settings to turn off "search terms", what can I do to turn off this garbage??
