Help us help you by showing the issue, provide steps to replicate, and post a screenshot. What OS? What version of Firefox? What are you DNS settings on the computer, in the browser settings, and your router?

This is a community support forum for a variety of Mozilla related products..

Mozilla has never had had a direct phone, email or chat for the Firefox web browsers for desktop and mobile versions for iOS/iPadOS and Android. They do have direct ticket support here but only for the subscription based products like Mozilla VPN and a few others.
