How do I download Firefox if I have Windows XP?

I have Windows XP Pro and I tried to download Firefox 3.6.3 and couldn't. When clicking Run, it starts extracting and stops before extracting. I tried saving the package and running it from there, but to no avail. On the support page it says: "Do not install Firefox using a limited Windows XP account". I don't know what that means or what I should do if I have Win XP and still want Firefox.

Thanks for help!!!

To be able to install software on your computer you have be administrator. You can either change your account (log-out from current one, log-in as admin) or run the file as administrator by clicking right and choose "Run as Administrator", you will be prompted to enter the admin password.

See Microsoft's website for informations about different types of users on Windows XP.
