I was hours into entering information into an online job application and accidentally closed the tab; is the information I entered saved or backed up somewhere

I was hours into filling in a detailed job application on-line, a fill-in-the-blanks web-based form, when I thought by closing a tab I would simply be going back a page. Instead, it closed the entire form. The form didn't have a separate save function. When I reopened the tab all information I entered had disappeared. Can Session Restore or some other function access the version of the application containing the information?

This happened

Just once or twice

Did you already read through your History and even temp files? You should be able to reopen the page/tab. (I feel your pain...hope you get your form back)
