D/L'd FF v4.0(b1) today. Installed twice but FF will no longer start-up

I'm using Mac OSX 10.4.11. I excitedly downloaded Firefox v4.0 (b1) and moved the new files to Applications folder (twice). Now FF won't start-up. I don't even get a spinning ball! Suggestions?

Can you try starting Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to see if it starts up? If it does, close out the Safe mode Firefox and start it up normally.
