custom background color hides some buttons

I override web page colors with my own. The 'go' or 'submit' buttons next to a field are hidden behind the background color. Everything else is ok.

That setting also disables background images. So pages that use a background image for buttons won't display properly.

I have had the wonderful No-Squint installed for a year or so. I don't understand what background images are. The 'disable background images' was unchecked.
