The connection is reset when I access websites

It keeps on saying the connection was reset when I access these websites: photobucket, Zoo world on facebook.

I hav cleared cache and cookies before, and my flash is up to date. Can you solve the problem?

Close all of your anti-virus software and restart your FF.
