I have been using firefox 3 & decided to try beta 4.08 & 4.09. I had problems with these & decided to stay with firefox 3 until firefox 4 came out. I decide to uninstall 4.08 & 4.09 before I installed 4 but they will not unistall.

Uninstall via Add/Remove Programs and then reboot and delete the Mozilla Firefox folder at C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox.

I have tried numerous times to remove them through Add/Remove programs but nothing happens. I don't get any dialog boxes asking to delete programs, nothing happens. When I close down & reopen the programs are still there.

Try using Windows System Restore to turn back the date to the time prior to installing the BETAs. See Using System Restore
