Since upgrade to 4.0.1, Firefox does not shut down completely. When I try to reload it after shutdown I get the message: "Firefox is already running, but is not responding. To open a new window, you must first close the existing Firefox process, or restart your system." I have to disable Firefox with Task manager to get to open it again. Thanks for any advice.
