THe problem may be 2-fold. I updated to 3.6.23 1 day ago. Since then Firefox has slowed to a crawl, and also, drop-down menus from the toolbar and from right-clicks show the box but the options are invisible. If I stare at the screen long enough, the options for the box appear. I'd like to back out this version and get some reasonable speed back, until this problem can be fixed.

Thanks, mha007, I already tried all of those fix-its. I did a simple restart on Firefox and it seems something has been changed, as I am not crawling quite so slow now.

Having to switch to Explorer because FF isn't loading, just keeps "connecting" ad infinitum. I used to LOVE FF. But recent problems are really too much to be able to use FF. Sad.
