Your UserAgent string in Firefox is probably messed up by another program that you installed. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_Agent

type about:config in the URL bar and hit Enter
If you see the warning, you can confirm that you want to access that page.
Filter = general.useragent.extra.firefox
Right-click that preference and select Reset
Then restart Firefox

ok well i get to the filter part but the general.useragent.extra.firefox isnt in there

You have a user agent that is corrupted by Fast Browser Search (FBSMTWB) and that identifies you as Firefox/3.6.16

  • Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.2.16) Gecko/20110319 Firefox/3.6.16 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) FBSMTWB

You can look at other general.useragent prefs like general.useragent.override and reset them if they are bold user set.
