Can I copy or transfer my bookmarks/favorites from my PC version to my iMac version? If so, how? Thanks

I've converted to an iMac from a PC. I have many bookmarks or favorites on my PC version of Firefox. Is there a way to transfer or copy them in as few steps as possible?
