There is a network.http.spdy.enabled pref (default: false) on the about:config page.
You can use the Filter on the about:config to see the spdy prefs

Beginning with FireFox 13, the SPDY Protocol is enabled by default. Unfortunately, this has slowed down the loading of pages in FireFox on all of our computers, suggesting that this protocol is not yet ready for prime time. After disabling it by changing the value of network.http.spdy.enabled to false, FireFox 13 is loading pages quickly once again.
