I went to Foxfire and now I can not get explorer. I like this site because it is faster and I can get to the sites that are familiar. How can I get them.

You mean that you want Internet Explorer as your default? I can help you do that, or i can help you make Firefox behave how you like it.

If you want to import your settings from Internet Explorer to Firefox, simply click on the Bookmarks button in the upper left hand corner, then "Show all Bookmarks". Inside there, click on "Import and Backup" and select "Import Data from Another Browser". You can import from Internet Explorer all your bookmarks, history, passwords, etc.

Now, if Firefox is running slow, have you tried starting it in Safe Mode? If it works faster there, you probably have some extensions that are installed that are slowing Firefox down. You can read Uninstalling add-ons.

I also noticed you don't have flash installed, which is probably why some websites aren't working how you expect them to work (probably youtube is one) since I expect you already had flash installed for Internet Explorer. Simply download and install http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/current/licensing/win/install_flash_player_11_plugin_32bit.exe, and that will help.

If you still want to use Internet Explorer, you can post here if there are more problems with Firefox, or simply go into "Start" then "All Programs" find "Internet Explorer" then when it opens it will probably ask you to set it as the default browser. Select yes, and you are set.
