Firefox does not download BBC TV programmes.

I have been trying to download BBC TV programs on my MAC mini running LION OS 10.7.5. The Firefox says it cannot find the program at the address. Yet using another search program ie. Safari it manages and also downloads.

If you are trying to download program videos try using Video DownloadHelper 4.9.21 addon.
