When i print my emails from outlook web app in Firefox, it just prints a blank page. Is there a fix for this or any workaround? It works fine on IE and chrome.

Which platform has the problem, i.e., Firefox on Windows 7, etc.?

I'd like to compare what I see using Outlook Web App on Exchange Server 2010. Other versions could vary...

When I open a message in its own window and click the printer icon (when hovered, it says "Printable view..."), OWA pops up a second window with the message laid out in a flat format, and immediately pops up Firefox's Print dialog in front of that. If you cancel the Print dialog and expand the printable-view window, is the message displayed correctly there?

-- Firefox on Windows 7 -- Yes the same thing happens and message looks fine in the pop up print preview but ultimately prints a blank page -- may be I need to check the source code of the print preview window, what are your suggestions?

There are some style rules that can cause Firefox to generate inappropriate page breaks and waste pages, but a completely blank printout is a real puzzle to me.

Is this problem specific to OWA and other pages print normally?

For testing, it's handy to have a PDF printer driver. My favorite is a non-free one that shows an immediate preview of the print without having to save first: http://fineprint.com/pdf/. You can use it for its evaluation period for free.
