I have version 33.1 and the Java Platform SE 8 U25 11.25.2.18 Plug in 11.25.2 for Mozilla browsers plug-in (set to always open). When trying to access the Bank-ID system, the web page requests I install a plug-in called "Java Runtime Environment". By clicking, a new popup opens whith this option already checked and ready for install. When clicking "Next", I am told that the program couldn't be installed and that it is "unavailable", and a new button invites a "manual install", when clicking this, a new browser window opens on this address. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/use-java-plugin-to-view-interactive-content

I can't find the solution here, my MS-explorer works fine with the Java-version I have. I would post a screen-shot, but don't see how it can be done with this support interface.

It is best to use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed a maximum file size of 1 MB.
Then use the Browse .... button below the Post a Reply text box to upload the screenshot.
