The video in the html5 player in youtube stutters. The audio doesn't though, just the video. Every few seconds it shows a couple frames from a half a second ago. It's been doing this the whole time, it never wasn't doing it.

What can I do?

Well, it seems to have solved it but I need to test it out more. In a few days I will know if it solved it for sure, and then I will mark this
