british dictionary shipped with firefox is disabled

downloading the british english version of firefox, the british dictionary is disabled. having looked closer, the dictionary is in extensions. in newer versions of firefox it has its own catagory of dictionaries. But it is the same dictionary. I have downloaded the language pack and dictionary again, but shouldn't need to do this for the reagionalised english-british version of firefox.

Can this be fixed for future updates, so that upgrades don't cause stock dictionaries to fail, but move them into the new locations or replace them.?

basically, there shouldn't be a dictionary blocked message on an firefox upgrade using the same region regionalised firefox installer. (windows 32bit installer)

Hi timsoft , I might suggest to add this as a suggestion to input or if you have a proposal to put it in bugzilla. I am not really sure the right channel for it, but I do understand that it would smooth out the update process. The resources for Filing a bug in bugzilla.mozilla.org are listed below:
