Is there a bookmarklet to open webpages from Safari to Firefox iOS?

more options

I've read this article https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/unable-set-firefox-default-browser-ios but when you 'share' the article it just prompts you to add it to your reading list or bookmarks. Isn't there a bookmarklet (a piece of Javascript code which will open the webpage in another app for example with Readability https://www.readability.com/bookmarklets#ios where it imports a Safari webpage into its app to download for offline viewing) that would open Safari webpages in Firefox?

Hello,

Such a bookmarklet doesn't exist, and it's (probably) impossible to create it, because it would require a webpage to be able to access another piece of software on your device. That would create an enormous security risk.

The Readability bookmarklet works because it only accesses the Readability website, not the Readability app directly.

I hope this helps.
