I tried to transfer money from my bank account to paypal using FireFox and it would not let me. I used Internet Explorer and it was OK. I have always used FireFox for this process. I called Pay Pal and they could see no error messages on their end. My error message said "Cannot add funds to your account at this time pleas call us".
