Since moving from XP to Windows 7 OS, Thunderbird has been "not responding" consistantly. How can this be fixed?
We have a user that recently moved from a Windows XP machine to a Windows 7 machine. She used Thunderbird Client for email successfully on XP. Since she has been moved to a Windows 7 machine, issues are being experienced on a regular basis. As we work our way down the folders, the system freezes with a "not responding" message.
Applying Outlook IMAP client has worked successfully without the same issues being experienced. If there a compatibility issue between Windows 7 and Thunderbird that could be causing the issue? What action can we take to determine the source of the issue?
