My mailbox is 90% full and in an effort to save space I have moved files from my "sent" folder to a local folder. Not all the files made it to the local folder and now I seem to have lost hundreds of sent emails. I have no idea what to do. My server settings are set to leave messages on server until I delete them. Also, it asked me if I wanted to compress files in the middle of moving the files of which I said yes to. Maybe I messed up the move somehow in doing this? I'm at wits end and am terrified of turning it off.

try right clicking both affected folders and select properties and then the repair button. Perhaps it is just an indexing issue that the repair will fix.
