How to manage 2 users on two differents computers?

more options

Hello,

Is there any way for two persons to manage one collective account on two differents computers?

Because right now, emails read and replied on one computer shows unread and replied on the other. And we can't see any replys made by my partner or the opposite. So we answer email in doubles, etc.

is there any way to synchronize or something else?

Thank you!

Are you currently using imap mail accounts on both computers for that email address?

Imap mail accounts see a remote version of what is on the server.

Every so often they synchronise to update your view, if person on first computer reads an email, it is marked as read and when it synchs with server, the server is updated. Person on second computer would see the server updated 'read' status, when TB mail account synchs with updated server.

OOoooohhhhh, right.

I'm on POP3 and i'm pretty sure the other user is too. I'll make the switch to IMAP on both computers and give you a feedback. :)
