Youtube keeps refreshing after the page has loaded

When I click onto any Youtube video, the video will play fine for a few seconds until the site is completely loaded and then the page will refresh. It doesn't stop after the first time; it goes through an endless loop of this and I have to use another browser to watch Youtube because of it.

I once had the same problem. I traced it to a form filling add-on.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
