I recently installed Thunderbird, but I cannot able to see calendar or task option. I tried to find solution for this, it shows that on MENU BAR, go to FILE option and then NEW, there is add new calendar. But this is not available on my Thunderbird options. Please let me know, how can I access to calendar on Thunderbird. I attached file also showing those options are not available.

Is Lightning installed? Lightning is the calendar and task manager. Go to the add on tab and click Extensions. Is Lightning there but disabled? Enable it. If not listed at all type lightning into the search box and install it.

If you want to be able to make sense of most of the help articles out there, you need the old-fashioned menu. Use alt or F10 to temporarily see the menu bar. Then in that menu bar go to View|Toolbars and tick the check-boxes.

If you instead have the new-fangled hamburger button menu, with the three-bar icon, the item you want is hidden, inexplicably, behind New Message. Yes, really. Go figure.
