After a Firefox update, unable to access my AncestryDNA acct. Error message states Secure Connection failed. Unable to authenticate data, etc. Prior up update, no problem. Went through all Firefox recommended troubleshoothing. Contacted Ancestry.com and no problem with their other patrons. The complete URL for my DNA acct is: https://sm.ancestry.com/track?type=click&enid=ZWFzPTImYW1wO21zaWQ9MSZhbXA7YXVpZD0mYW1wO21haWxpbmdpZD0xNjU0OTA0JmFtcDttZXNzYWdlaWQ9Nzk5MDEmYW1wO2RhdGFiYXNlaWQ9MTQ1MDQ2NTA2MCZhbXA7c2VyaWFsPTMzNTkyODY4JmFtcDtlbWFpbGlkPWpqbmV3ZWxsQG5laHAubmV0JmFtcDt1c2VyaWQ9ampuZXdlbGxAbmVocC5uZXQmYW1wO3RhcmdldGlkPSZhbXA7bW49JmFtcDtmbD0mYW1wO212aWQ9JmFtcDtleHRyYT0mYW1wOyZhbXA7JmFtcDs=&&&558782&&&http://www.ancestry.com/s51923/KEY/rd.ashx?key=Uhttp://dna.ancestry.com/insights/0F4DE865-CDE0-4254-87F6-AE1732498724.

There is security software like Avast / AVG, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connections and send their own certificate.

There was NO problem last week. Firefox installed an update about mid-week or so. Since that point, it has rendered my account inaccessible. The Firefox update created the problem and Firefox software techies should fix it.
Much of the time, this problem is caused by the protection programs. Not Firefox itself. Please check the links Pkshadow posted.
Note: Those programs also update. And sometimes there is a problem.
