I try and type in twitter and then tell me that Your connection is not secure

Below is the copy and paste of the error why is it grabbing rogers.com as a SSL

Your connection is not secure

The owner of twitter.com has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website.

This site uses HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) to specify that Firefox may only connect to it securely. As a result, it is not possible to add an exception for this certificate.

This is totally stupid and why is it that it happens If Fire-Fox can not get things correct then maybe its time to stop trying to keep up with the real companies

Thank you

One possible reason to see a service provider certificate instead of the site's certificate is if your service provider requires you to authenticate to get network access. You'll see it most often with public wi-fi hotspots, but a home router with content filtering or parental control may have a similar behavior.

Try loading one of these to see whether you need to sign in before you can go to Twitter or another HTTPS address:
