SO i HATE when i add a bookmark and then the bookmark toolbar turns itself on, i have it turned it off for a reason. Last time I fixed it by going to customize- and pulling down the toolbar into customize. (my last post on this site was about this, I believe). So now I dragged the "bookmarks toolbar items" into customize, now I cant delete any bookmarks AND no matter where I put the "book marks toolbar items" square, things do not go back to normal. Please help.

HI, not too sure of the problem but let's try this please : uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files , C:\Program Files(x86) & C:\ProgramData Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. (Note: This should be Pinned and run Weekly, If never done below expect 10's of gig's) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do :

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 62.0.0 with a Full Version Installer
