Hi there, Once you've downloaded and opened Mozilla Firefox, you can swipe to the left side through the information offered as a new user. Afterwards, you should be able to see the message at the bottom of the page that tells you to Start using Firefox. You can try to double press the Home button and close the process of the app, then open it again. It will open normally.
