I know my following details: 1. Email 2. Password 3. (Previously) 2FA code, but not anymore since I changed phone

Sequence of events: 1. I tried logging in to my account since I changed phone 2. I went to my browser to disable and enable 2FA 3. I'm unable to do this because for some VERY weird reason, the session is invalid? I don't know what's the purpose of this button since I'm an unable to use it 4. I don't know what else to do so I tried changing my password 5. Big mistake because it logged me out in my browser and tablet 6. Now I have absolutely no way of logging in because it will always ask me for either 2FA code (which I don't have since I changed phone and I am logged out of all devices) and recovery code which I do not have (I tried searching my email but I could not find it)

How do I workaround this?

Is it possible to request Firefox to send me a new recovery code?

Thanks!

Losing the formatting on the first question post is a longstanding bug with CSS code not getting applied due to an extra nested DIV block.

If the current session is invalid then try to logout and log in again and make sure to remove cookies from accounts.firefox.com. You may have to repeat this more than once. With a valid session you should be able to disable 2FA.

As I said, Firefox ALWAYS asks me for 2FA code. So if I logout and log in again, Firefox will still ask me for 2FA code which I do not have..

Try a password reset to see if that allows to disable 2FA. Make sure that you are logged out (check the cookies) if you click the reset link.

That's what I did. I changed my password. So I was logged out on all my devices. Now I cannot log in because whenever I log in using my new password, Firefox is STILL asking me for 2FA code...
