Is this a G-Suite account? The email address in your picture is not a gmail.com address.

According to the image, your email address is different from your username. Please check this as one of them is wrong, they should be the same.

I have humtek.co.in domain registered, For email shumpli@humtek.co.in is hosted in google server,

my email id is shumpli@humtek.co.in is my user id. it works fine when I log in with www.gmail.com.

Updated: Maybe it is because the image is blurred, so I cannot tell exactly if there is any difference. It just looked like the email address itself was not the same as the username.

Have you chosen to synchronise folders?

• Right click on imap mail account in Folder Pane and select 'Subscribe'
• Do you see a list of all your folders?
• If yes, Select all required folders and click on 'Subscribe'
• click on 'OK'

Then check the account is set up to use those imap folders.

• Right click on imap mail account in Folder Pane and select 'Settings'.
• Select 'Server Settings'
• Make sure everything is selected and the delete a message selects: 'Move it to this folder' and choose the imap trash/bin folder.
• Check 'Copies & Folders' and 'Junk settings' is using correct imap folders.
• Check 'Synchronisation & Storage' is set up as required.
• click on OK when finished.

I have a similar problem. I get the message "configuration can not be verified - is the username or password wrong? I've tried both imap and pop, I've tried manually configuring. I've enabled pop download in gmail, I've disabled pop download in gmail. I am positive the username and password are correct - I can access web based gmail. I had gmail on thunderbird earlier today, but kept receiving a message that the server at pop.gmail.com reset. So I deleted the account and have been trying to create it again. I am using Window 10 and the latest thunderbird version.

I could not follow this, It did not create IMPA account in Thunderbird, where should I find imap mail account?,

It is not creating imap mail account.

When I click on manual config, the account is created in left panel, But only inbox appears, after right click under subscribe tab, Nothing exist to check in, it is blank,

ELNIDO If you want to create a pop account then you need to access webmail and select you want o use pop and choose the option to use 'Less secure apps'. Then create a new existing pop mail account in Thunderbird. When Thunderbird checks for Configuration, imap may be auto selected, so click on 'Manual Config' button and change everything to pop and pop server settings. username must be full email address.

shumpli Have you created the imap mail account so you can see it in the left Folder Pane ? If yes, then please post image showing imap mail account Server Settings.

• Select 'Server Settings'

Please check that your Firewall is not blocking Thunderbird. Firewall may be part of your Anti-Virus product. Thunderbird must be set as an allowed program. Is Thunderbird listed as an allowed program ?
