Text size Pinch & Zoom suddenly stopped working in "Options"

For years I've used my touchpad (Pinch & Zoom) to change text size in the "Options" pages. About a month ago it stopped working. When I pinch, you can see the % reduction (after the url) so the browser thinks it's working however there's no change in text size.

I haven't downloaded any new programs. I updated to 67.0.2 but still not working. Pinch & Zoom works on all other pages.

It is possible that you only zoom the text and not the page.

Is full page zoom still enabled?
