From what I understand you are unable to get log in to your account due to two-step authentication. In case you lost your phone or are locked out of your two step authentication, you could use recovery keys to access your account.

These are the steps taken from the article above:

1. Go to https://accounts.firefox.com and login.
2. If you are prompted for a two-step authentication code, click Use recovery code and enter one of your saved recovery codes.
3. If you don't remember saving your recovery code, check if your file was downloaded and saved with the filename <your_email> Firefox Recovery Codes.txt.
4. Expand the Two-step authentication section by clicking Change
5. Click Disable.

If there are still other devices connected to this Firefox Account then try to disable 2FA on such a connected device via the settings page. Then you can install the authenticator app on the new mobile device and re-enable 2FA and possibly generate new recovery codes.

К сожалению нет этого файла с кодом восстановления как быть? Имеется только ключ из цифр и букв из 32 символов.

Try the steps mentioned from cor-el if you do not have your recovery codes. If you do not have access to another device to disable two-step authentication, then you would need to create a new account with a different email address.
