As the title says, I have not found a way to drag an appointment from Outlook into Lightning.

When I try, the cursor icon looks like the "no parking" sign everywhere, except on the calendar name in the side bar of Lightning. But when I drop the appointment there, nothing happens.

User error or not something that can be done yet?

something you can not do. I assume the drag object is an ICS file, hence the appearance change over the calendar list. But I don't think your can drop an ICS file to add a new calendar, so I don't know why it changes. Unless it adds to the calendar you are hovering over.

Thanks Matt. Just to clarify, I am trying to drop an Outlook appointment (presumably .ics) onto an existing calendar in Lightning. I am not trying to create a new calendar.

The cursor changes when I hover over the existing Lightning calendar. When I release the mouse, Lightning does not add the appointment. Should it not?
