Youtube videos pausing / stuttering when other videos loads.

Hello, firstly sorry for my bad english. When there is for example youtube video playing in one tab, and in another tab there is video that just loads, (it can be muted), for example facebook video, or video on news site, the youtube video pauses for like a half of a second and continues to play afterwards. It gets really annoying when I am listening to music and just browsing facebook. I have tried "refreshing" firefox, reinstall it, I tried some addons, nothing helped.

Have you ever looked at the Windows Task Manager when you experience that issue with YouTube?

I have an older PC on Win7 32-bit and have similar issues with YouTube; too much for my hardware - I am asking for more "power" than it can deliver, although it never freezes it just does the best that it can.

CPU usage of 85% or more is when I see that happen, and I need to just wait it out.
