Your message was sent but a copy was not placed in your sent folder
i am a designer, my mail contain higher 15 mb-30 mb file to share, every time i sent a mail i receive this message"Your message was sent but a copy was not placed in your sent folder (Sent) due to network or file access errors. You can retry or save the message locally to Local Folders/Sent" (no problem in internet connection, i am not faced any issue while using outlook, if i click send it will be send and only one copy is placed in sent folder. but in thunderbird many copy of that mail is keep on showing the error message.)
i keep on clicking retry again this message show up, if i click save it save in my sent folder but there will be many copy of that same mail is like 2-3 copy.
but if i sent mail without attachment it send quickly no problem in that.

Who is the mail provider? Some services like gmail or outlook.com copy sent messages automatically to the Sent folder, so 'Place a copy in' in the Copies & Folders section of Account Settings must be unchecked, to avoid errors like the one you see, and duplicates. It could also be the result of an antivirus that is set to scan outgoing mail. What is the antivirus, and is the TB profile folder excluded from AV scanning?

my mail client is webmail service, antivirus is avast free version. i didn't exclude any TB Profile folder.
Help/Troubleshooting, about:profiles, to see the profile folder location, then add it as an exclusion to Avast:

This is the general recommendation for all AV programs:
http://kb.mozillazine.org/Antivirus_software
Does that eliminate the error?
