moderator behavior
Is anyone seeing this? The volunteer moderator (supposedly a top 10 mod) derails my thread with a point which i had already made in my original post, then i respond TO HIS DERAILMENT BECAUSE HE IS A MOD, so he calls it derailed and locks the thread.
I have no response to my original question, no further knowledge, no solution to my problem, and now, a complete lack of authenticity or faith of the entire organization now.
And a locked thread with no response.
How is anyone even taking this organization serious?
If they cant even do this basic function of interaction with users, do they really even have anything authentic? privacy? security?

Hi spendit, I've read all your post just now.
So without rehashing what you and the other guy have been discussing, can I specifically ask what is it that you are needing for your FireFox?
I did read that there is a disability involved here but not sure what you need us to do.
So, is the new version not compatable for you?
Do you need different colors for the new version, aka theme?
Do you need to use the previous FF instead?
Hi spendit, this is a tech support forum. It's okay to leave other kinds of feedback, as you did. Support volunteers can provide information on features, settings, and workarounds to help address concerns, but its not our role or the purpose of this forum to tackle design decisions and the direction of future development. You may want to raise those points over here:
