Hi everyone, Users log in to our shop system from SAP via OCI. Our page is called from SAP in a frame. Then they connect again via OCI to an external Punchout shop. They add some products to the cart and the cart from the external shop is transferred back to our shop system via OCI. In Chrome, IE, Edge the user is then correctly redirected to our shopping cart page. But in Firefox, the redirection to the cart is not done and the users still see the Punchout inbound page which is empty. We already tried to switch off the Enhanced Tracking Protection for our site and the punchout site. But that didn't help. Have anyone has an idea what could fix the problem?

Any help will be much appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

Regards

Using the link: https://www.mercateo.co.uk I checked out several items. Added them to the shopping cart. Checked and added more items. Then deleted each item in the cart.

I used several versions of Firefox and had no problem.

Hi there,

I've created a test user and I've attached a file to simulate the OCI access from SAP that opens the bekaprocure shop in a frame. From there you can test the mercateo punchout shop:

- Please open the html test file with Firefox. - On the bekaprocure Shop go to "External shops". - Click on the mercateo logo to open the external mercateo shop. - Add a product to the mercateo cart (e.g. Bürobedarf > Hefte > Schulhefte > Schulheft Green) - Go to the mercateo cart and press "Uebergabe an bekaProcure" to transfer the mercateo cart to the bekaprocure shop via OCI. - Back in the bekaprocure shop you should be redirected to the bekaprocure cart that contains the product from Mercateo. Instead the user is still on the punchout inbound page. - The thing is that the mercateo shopping cart is correctly transferred to the bekaprocure shopping cart (you can see this if you go directly to the bekaprocure shopping cart now), but the process stops after the inbound and the redirection to the bekaprocure shopping cart is not performed. Therefore the user does not know that the mercateo products are already in the shopping cart.

There is no issue when you open the mercateo shop directly. The issue does not occur when you open the mercateo punchout directly form the bekaprocure shop. The issue only occurs when SAP opens the bekaprocure shop via OCI in a frame.

The issue does not occur in Chrome. The issue does not occur in Edge. The issue does not occur in IE, but the bekaprocure shop and the mercateo shop needs to be added to trusted sites.

I've already tested your tips: - The issue still occurs when Enhanced Tracking Protection is turned off for bekaprocure and mercateo. - Privat browsing is no option here, I think. - The issue still occurs after clearing all browser date (cookies and cache).
