Sorry. We’ve locked your account.
Hey I was just trying to login to my account after I created a new windows and I got this issue The confirmation email we sent to *********@gmail.com was returned and we’ve locked your account to protect your Firefox data.
If this is a valid email address, let us know and we can help unlock your account. No longer own that email? Create a new account
Well can you just unlock my account as I know the password and have big data needed there. Also this email is closed by google and I mean closed not forgotten so it won't receive any emails.

Now it's locked but it's asking me for a code sent to the email and as I said before this email no longer valid as it's deleted so what is the solution now ?
Like you quoted above: No longer own that email? Create a new account This includes your situation where you no longer can read mail send to this email account, so you will have to create a new account with a new email address.

GUYS are you joking ? Create a new account ? well sounds easy but what about my data and passwords ? It's just gone like that because mozila decide to send verefcation code to the email and there is no way else to get this code if the owner lost the email ! So if your email got deleted you forgot pass etc then you lose all your data that's how mozila works ?
Hey there!
The reason why Mozilla sends a verification code to the email is to protect users information by validating that it is the actual person who is trying to login. And yes, technically if your email got deleted, your Firefox account with that particular email can't be accessed thus you "lost" your data.
Also, Firefox Sync is designed to transfer data between copies of Firefox and not as an online backup. For example, on COMPUTER 1, you are logged in with your Firefox account. You have another computer (COMPUTER 2) and you logged in with your Firefox account. If you have enabled Firefox Sync (and depending on you wanted it to sync), you will get all your data you synced on your COMPUTER 2. Firefox Sync is kind of "attached" to wherever your Firefox account goes.
Hope that helps!
Kind regards,
Bithiah
