When I open a PDF or other documents in nightly scrolling on the actions (print, view, etc.) freeze the page and browser and I have to restart to free it up. It is something that just started today and is a problem with nightly not my laptop. I have refreshed nightly and it fixed it temporarily. But only temporarily. I need a fix!

You refreshed nightly, does that mean you open nightly with no add-ons and it works now?

In my attempt to uninstall and reinstall Nightly a button to REFRESH came up and I used it instead of uninstalling and losing all my stuff. It refreshed without ad ons. This solved the problem temporarily but as I added back the add ons that I use, the problem reinserted itself. May be something in add ons. Too busy now to troubleshoot further. Was hoping someone had found the solution.

Sounds like you found the issue. You will have to remove add-ons to see which one is causing the issue.
