My Firefox browser accessed the internet until a day ago. Now its unable to load pages. Computer’s network connection is good. I did a firewall check. I even excluded the browser from firewall checks to no avail. The only alternative remaining is resetting the browser. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Thanks.

Hi praado, how does Firefox describe the problem in the error page -- can you copy/paste the text of the message into a reply (here at https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1395670 - not by email).

For example, if Firefox says the site can't be found, that could be a problem with the DNS lookup. This article describes how to switch DNS services: Firefox DNS over HTTPS.

If Firefox says it couldn't make a secure connection, the page may list an error code similar to SEC_ERROR_SOMETHING (either in the main body or after clicking an Advanced button). This article describes the main codes: How to troubleshoot security error codes on secure websites.

If Firefox says the connection timed out, or gives some other explanation, that would be a useful clue. Or if you get a completely blank page, etc.
